VRF/VRV TECHNICIAN

• Design and engineer Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency for diverse commercial and residential projects.
• Develop detailed system schematics, P&ID diagrams, and installation drawings using CAD software, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather critical data for accurate system design, including building layout, load calculations, and existing infrastructure.
• Perform advanced load calculations and energy modeling for VRF systems, utilizing specialized software to predict performance and identify potential savings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 1 years of progressive experience specifically in VRF system design and application engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in HVAC load calculation software (e.g., HAP, Trace and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
