VTL Machine Operating Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and manage VTL CNC machines, including programming, setting, and operating Okuma VMC/HMC machines.
• Perform daily machine checks to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Program VTL CNC machines using G-code or other programming languages as required.
• Monitor machine operation during production runs to ensure quality output meets specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in operating VTL CNC machines, preferably on an OEM setup (Okuma).
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding manufacturing processes.
