Job Responsibilities

• Develop and edit CNC/VMC programs based on engineering drawings.
• Set and operate VMC machines for production.
• Understand 2D drawings, GD&T, tolerances and machining processes.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds and feeds.
• Perform tool setting, work offset and machine setting.
• Handle Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi CNC controls.
• Check first-piece dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Optimize programs to improve cycle time, tool life and component quality.
• Maintain production and quality requirements.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in VMC programming and setting.
• Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and tooling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
• Experience with Fanuc control preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
