JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced VTL Setter Cum Operator to handle CNC Vertical Turning Lathe setting, operation, tool setting, programming/control, and production activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set and operate VTL machines for precision machining.

• Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset adjustments.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Handle FANUC programming/control.

• Monitor machining operations and dimensional accuracy.

• Perform in-process inspection and maintain quality standards.

• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.

• Identify and troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues.

• Maintain machine and workplace safety.

• Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.

MACHINE EXPOSURE:

• VTL Doosan

• VTL BFW

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.

• 2–4 years of relevant VTL experience.

• Hands-on experience in VTL setting and operation.

• Knowledge of FANUC programming/control.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of cutting tools, offsets, and machining parameters.

• Willingness to work at Vellanaipatti, Coimbatore.
