🔎 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Vulnerability Management Lead (1 resource) to coordinate vulnerability remediation, establish risk-based priorities, and strengthen security governance across our technology environment.

You will consolidate findings from multiple security tools, coordinate remediation efforts, track risk exposure, and support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response requirements.

💻 What you'll do

• Consolidate vulnerability findings from BugBlast, Tenable, and Checkmarx .
• Establish risk-based prioritization based on severity, exploitability, business impact, and asset context.
• Assign accountable owners and coordinate remediation activities across technical teams.
• Manage remediation workflows, timelines, exceptions, and risk acceptance processes.
• Define closure criteria and validate remediation through rescanning and supporting evidence.
• Maintain vulnerability management KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.
• Track overdue findings, identify remediation bottlenecks, and escalate risks when necessary.
• Support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response requirements, workflows, and implementation.
• Support integration with available asset inventory and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data.
• Drive continuous improvement in vulnerability management processes, accountability, and reporting.

💪🏻 Skills & requirements

• Experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity operations, or security risk management.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable , Checkmarx , or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of risk-based prioritization and vulnerability lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating remediation activities and assigning accountable owners.
• Understanding of remediation SLAs, exceptions, and risk acceptance.
• Experience validating vulnerability closure through rescanning and evidence.
• Ability to create dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response , ITSM workflows, and CMDB data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

💡 Nice to have

• Experience implementing or improving enterprise vulnerability management programs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and workflow configuration.
• Experience consolidating findings from multiple security assessment tools.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management frameworks and security governance.
• Experience working in enterprise cybersecurity or technology consulting environments.
