Job title - ServiceNow OT SecOps / Vulnerability Response Consultant

Client Location - Barcelona, Spain

Remote work offering - 100%

Client Industry - Cybersecurity / Operational Technology

Contract Length - 3 months, with extension (part-time, 10 hours per week)

Contract type - Freelance

Project focus

You'll support the client's ServiceNow OT Security Operations and Vulnerability Response capability on a part-time basis. The role is primarily client facing: working directly with stakeholders to shape and improve their vulnerability management processes and translate them into ServiceNow.

Key skills and Experience required

• 4+ years' hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience at a senior level
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, ideally including OT Security Operations / OT Vulnerability Response
• Background as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (preferred over a pure solution architecture profile)
• Extensive client-facing experience: running workshops, gathering requirements and advising stakeholders
• Able to work independently and deliver within a 10 hours per week commitment
• Fluent English
