W2 Mobile Grooming Position

Experienced Mobile Dog Groomers — 2 Full-Time, 1 Part-Time

Wash n Waggin Mobile Grooming | Spokane, WA

For 20 years, Wash n Waggin has proudly served the Spokane area, caring for pets and their families with kindness and professionalism. As our business continues to grow, we’re expanding our team and adding new W-2 grooming opportunities. We have two full-time positions and one part-time position available.

Doodles are an important part of our business, and we’re looking for groomers who enjoy working with them while showing the same care and kindness to dogs of every breed and their families.

You’ll work in one of our two brand-new, fully electric grooming vans, each equipped with battery packs to power the grooming area. We provide a premium mobile grooming experience with higher-end pricing, and we’re seeking exceptional groomers who take pride in outstanding workmanship, kind and confident handling, and thoughtful customer service.

These positions are best suited to experienced professionals who can manage a full schedule and groom 5–6 dogs per day or more while maintaining safe, high-quality care.

Compensation

These are W-2 positions. We’re considering hourly or commission-based pay and will use the option that provides the groomer with greater earnings. We’ll discuss rates and details during the interview.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have several years of professional dog-grooming experience
• Enjoy grooming doodles and welcome dogs of every breed
• Can groom 5–6 dogs per day or more at a steady, reasonable pace
• Consistently produce high-quality grooms
• Treat dogs with patience, confidence, and kindness
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Can drive the mobile grooming van safely and responsibly
• Keep the van and grooming area clean and organized
• Follow safe operating and charging procedures, and report damage or maintenance concerns promptly
• Are reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Take pride in caring for dogs and their families
