Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for W2 requirements.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely submissions and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Work closely with the team to meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain updated candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS/CRM.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/W2 Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US staffing and W2 hiring processes.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who can work from the office in Noida Sector 6.
