Job Title: Windows 365 Engineer / Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Windows 365 Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, administering, and supporting Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Intune, security policies, device management, and virtual desktop technologies. The role involves ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud desktop environment while supporting end-user requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for device and policy management.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user provisioning, authentication, and access controls.
• Configure and maintain security baselines, conditional access policies, and compliance policies.
• Monitor Cloud PC performance, capacity, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot Windows 365, Intune, Azure AD, networking, and endpoint-related issues.
• Perform software deployment, patch management, and operating system updates.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for seamless service delivery.
• Implement backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Support migration projects from traditional desktops to Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
