We’re Hiring: Revenue Growth Manager, WAC Region

ECCBC is looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda across our West and Central Africa Business Unit.

In this regional role, you will:

• Shape pricing, affordability and portfolio strategies across multiple markets
• Optimise Brand, Pack, Price, Channel and Promotional architecture
• Identify opportunities to accelerate volume, revenue and contribution margin growth
• Strengthen promotion effectiveness and commercial investment ROI
• Translate consumer, shopper, customer and financial insights into clear business recommendations
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Strategy and Data teams

What we’re looking for

• 5–8 years of relevant FMCG or commercial experience
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy or Business Analytics
• Strong understanding of FMCG economics and commercial value creation
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling and scenario-planning capabilities
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or related analytical tools
• Fluency in English; French, Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage
• Experience working across multiple markets or diverse commercial environments
