Wafer Test Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned operations manager to lead silicon photonics wafer testing operations. This manager is responsible for daily wafer testing operation from R&D, product NPI to volume production. This position is based in the US and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure company's global strategy and goals for fast growing AI fueled datacenter applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own overall semiconductor IC silicon photonics wafer testing operations. Drive wafer testing strategy from R&D, NPI to volume production.

2. Responsible for daily wafer testing operation: testing capacity planning, scheduling, testing quality and delivery.

3. Build testing operation KPI matrix and drive continued quality and efficiency improvement.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure company's global strategy and goals.

Requirements

1.  Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2.  Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

3. 5+ years of hands-on experience in automatic semiconductor IC wafer level testing. Strong data-driven analytical problem-solving skills.

4. Strong semiconductor operations management experience. Proven track record in wafer testing operation management. Familiar with quality system.

5. Result-oriented, resilient under pressure, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
