Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using Square POS systems, ensuring all requests are noted.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for bill calculations and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Assist with hosting duties as needed, providing excellent guest relations at all times.
• Stock and prep supplies for the next team as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in a server role within fine dining or high-volume establishments is preferred.
• Familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems is advantageous.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is essential.
