Wait Staff (On-Call)

Caylabne Bay Resort and Marina is in need of six (6) on-call wait staff for the upcoming 4-day event in November - Regatta

Requirements:

• Assist in setting up and preparing dining and event areas before service.
• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages and clear tables promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing, when assigned.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to guest requests and refer concerns to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, grooming, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned during the event.
• Must be willing to be hired on a short-term basis for the duration of the event only.
