**Job Description:**We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and versatile Waiter and Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant and bar, delivering exceptional hospitality whether you are crafting a signature cocktail behind the bar or guiding guests through their dining experience at a table.If you are a multitasking pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Welcome guests, present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Mixology & Bar Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Table Service: Deliver food and drinks promptly, clear tables, and ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal.
• POS & Cash Handling: Process payments accurately using our POS system, manage cash drawers, and split checks correctly.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, tracking inventory and prepping garnishes/mixers.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a bartender and/or server in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails, along with excellent point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and teammates.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
