The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking waiter/waitress to join our front of house team. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting smooth daily operations and helping create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and looking after guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the pub
• Supporting the bar and restaurant team during busy service periods
• Handling payments and operating the till system
• Setting up and clearing tables
• Building strong knowledge of the menu, drinks and daily specials
• Ensuring guests leave happy and well looked after

• Flexible approach to evenings, weekends and holidays
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
