- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations when requested.
- Prepare and maintain tables before and after service.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety and restaurant policies.
