- Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK sederajat.
- Pengalaman sebagai Waiter/Waitress minimal 1 tahun diutamakan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pelayanan yang baik.
- Ramah, sopan, cekatan, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan tamu.
- Memahami dasar pelayanan makanan dan minuman.
- Berpenampilan rapi dan menjaga kebersihan diri.
- Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
- Memiliki passion di bidang hospitality.
- Bersedia bekerja pada weekend dan hari libur.
