Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests promptly in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner following service standards.
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet age requirements for alcoholic beverages (if applicable).
• Arrange table settings and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
• Ensure all dishes and beverages are delivered correctly and meet quality standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor/manager when necessary.
• Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards) accurately.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Support team members and assist in opening/closing duties of the restaurant.
