What they need
Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet area before service
Ensure buffet stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Refill food and beverage items promptly during service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the breakfast area
Clear and reset tables efficiently
Assist guests with inquiries in a polite and professional manner
Serve coffee, tea, and other beverages when required
Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service
Follow hotel service standards and health & safety procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a hotel
Good communication skills
Ability to work early morning shifts
Team player with a positive attitude
