Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude
• Present menus confidently, answer questions about dishes, and offer recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them promptly to kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring each guest’s needs are met with care and attention to detail
• Check in with guests regularly during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service hours.
• Other tasks during operating hours may include; stacking cups, sweeping, pouring beer, food running, nightly cleaning routines
• Handle guest payments accurately, process transactions swiftly, and thank guests sincerely for their patronage

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is advantageous
• A positive attitude combined with a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest experiences
