WAITER

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Waiter to join our hospitality team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Waiter, you will be at the forefront of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining moments for our customers. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them at tables in a timely and courteous manner
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our food and beverage offerings
• Taking accurate food and drink orders from guests and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring correct items are delivered to the correct guests
• Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
• Clearing tables efficiently and discreetly after each course, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area
• Processing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and providing receipts with courtesy and accuracy
• Maintaining impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards, adhering to our dress code requirements
• Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to deliver seamless service
• Following food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
• Assisting with table preparation, restocking supplies, and general restaurant maintenance tasks

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests
