• Direct guests to their table and provide menus.
• Explain menu items, promotions, and daily specials when required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Check guest satisfaction during the meal.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and report them to the supervisor when necessary.

Restaurant Operations

• Prepare and set up tables, chairs, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment before operation.
• Ensure the restaurant area is clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Assist in buffet setup and replenishment when required.
• Maintain proper service sequence according to hotel standards.

Food & Beverage Knowledge

• Understand the ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation of menu items.
• Have basic knowledge of food allergies and special dietary requirements.
• Provide appropriate recommendations to guests.
• Ensure food and beverages are served at the correct temperature and presentation.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Handle food, beverages, cutlery, and glassware hygienically.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Teamwork

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other departments.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Participate in briefings, training, and departmental meetings.
