Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to provide excellent dining service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide information about dishes, beverages and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean and ready for guests.
• Check on customers during their meals and respond promptly to additional requests.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Supervisor/Restaurant Manager when required.
• Prepare and present bills and handle payments according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures at all times.
• Support opening and closing activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a restaurant, café or hotel.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, well-groomed and professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
