Job Summary:

The National Sports Club of India (NSCI) is looking for a courteous and customer-oriented Waiter to provide quality food and beverage service to members and guests. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a Club, Hotel, Restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order service.
• Attend to member/guest requests and queries courteously.
• Set up, clear and maintain tables and service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle billing/payment-related activities as required.
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu and beverages.
• Assist in events and banquet services when required.
• Ensure a high standard of member and guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Waiter/Steward.
• Experience in a Club, Hotel, Restaurant or Hospitality environment preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
