Bartenders & Waitstaff – Raku Dining, Canberra

Raku Dining is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bartenders and Waitstaff to join our team. We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, with a range of shifts available.

About the Role

Bartenders will be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer and other beverages
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
• Ensuring high standards of presentation and service
• Working closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team
• Supporting smooth and efficient service during busy periods

Waitstaff will be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Delivering food and drinks to tables
• Providing attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Maintaining clean and organised tables and service areas
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar team
• Helping ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service
