What they need
Responsible for providing professional and friendly food and beverage service to guests while ensuring an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide attentive table service.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B team for smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous waiter or F&B experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
