Role Summary

TIMELESS Abu Dhabi is hiring attentive, well-presented Waiters/Waitresses (Master Hall) to deliver premium table service to our guests as part of our opening team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and to a premium standard
• Set up, clear, and reset tables throughout service
• Respond to guest requests attentively and proactively
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and Floor Master during service
• Uphold TIMELESS presentation and service standards at all times

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel outlet
• Well-groomed, presentable appearance
• Basic to confident English — able to take orders and assist guests
• Good memory and attention to detail under pace
• Physically able to carry trays and stay on your feet through service
• Team player, calm and cooperative during busy periods

Preferred Background (a plus, not required)

Prior experience with recognised hospitality brands or venues is an advantage:

• 5-star hotels, Hotel restaurants, Premium lounges and restaurants, Beach clubs, Prior experience in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Yas Island, Saadiyat, Downtown Dubai, JBR, or DIFC venues

Not a Fit If

• Poor hygiene or presentation standards
• No prior food & beverage service experience
• Unable to communicate in English with guests
• Slow or inconsistent under pressure
• Rude or dismissive manner with guests or colleagues
• Unwilling to do physically active, on-your-feet work
