What will you do:

• Deliver high-quality service to ensurea memorable dining experience for our guests.
• Overseea specific section of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to uphold service excellence**.**

What you need:

• Proven experience as a Waitress/ Waitresses or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage**.**
