Waiter

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and responsible individuals to join our team as Waiter / Waitress at Restoran Kampung Nelayan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Prepare and arrange tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to customer requests appropriately.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About you

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Able to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
