Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a restaurant or hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and organized.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints politely.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Process bills and payments when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000, depending on experience.
• Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and company policy.
