Waiter

That is the rhythm of Le Caf LPM. A neighbourhood caf for the modern city, where the spirit of the French Riviera meets life in Dubai. From the first espresso of the morning to the last spritz of the evening, every drink we serve carries the same care and intention as everything else on the table. We are looking for a Waiter to own that.

Your Role

You are the manager of your tables and guests. You take orders, serve with precision, and make every guest feel genuinely looked after. You are the face and name your guests will remember.

Your Impacts

Guest Experience: You create memorable moments from the first hello to the last goodbye - warm, professional, and always making guests feel like they re exactly where they should be.

Product Knowledge: You know the menu inside out - ingredients, preparation, pairings - and share that knowledge naturally. Confident in recommending, upselling, and surprising guests with the right suggestion at the right moment.

Guest Profiling: You read the table, adapt to the mood and pace, and remember what matters: preferences, habits, the little details that make a guest feel genuinely known. You record them so nothing is lost.

Communication: Clear with the kitchen, attentive with guests, and in sync with the team. Small issues you handle yourself - bigger ones go straight to your manager, without delay.

Why Le Caf LPM

You will be part of a concept that takes the simple things seriously. A globally recognised group at the beginning of something new with real ownership, real visibility, and the chance to leave a mark from day one. Competitive salary and incentives. Benefits built around life outside work, not just inside it. Sound like you? Tell us why. Send your CV and a quick note!

Desired Candidate Profile

No prior experience required: personality, energy, and genuine warmth matter most. English is a must. French or another European language, even better.
