We are currently seeking experienced and passionate hospitality professionals to join our premium dining team, committed to delivering exceptional guest service, high-quality cuisine and professional dining standards.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong industry experience, excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding service in a premium dining environment.

Premium Dining Waiter

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables to meet premium dining presentation standards.
• Welcome guests, present menus and beverage lists, and explain menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
• Open bottles, pour wine and provide appropriate beverage service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wines and recommend suitable wine pairings where appropriate.
• Clear tables, manage glassware and cutlery, and maintain dining room presentation.
• Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems and cash registers.
• Deliver attentive, personalised service while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Qualifications and experience

• Certificate II or III, or an applicable equivalent qualification; or
• At least one year of relevant experience in premium dining, fine dining, wine service or a comparable high-standard restaurant environment

Salary range $79, 550 - $80,000
