WAITER

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks and food items that meet quality standards

• Properly handle and maintain all F&B equipments

• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner

• Accurately handle cash, e-wallet, and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures

• Serve customers quickly and efficiently

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings

• Must perform inventory management

• Observe relevant health and safety standards

• Able to identify and sell products with concise and thorough explanation to customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
