About the role

Superior BT is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Waiter to join our hospitality team in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic dining environment. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests whilst maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. This role is integral to our success, as you will directly contribute to guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and the overall reputation of Superior BT.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them at appropriately prepared tables
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings
• Taking accurate food and drink orders from guests and relaying them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring correct items reach the correct guests
• Monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their meal and responding promptly to any requests or concerns
• Processing payments and managing transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Clearing tables efficiently and resetting them to restaurant standards between services
• Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Collaborating effectively with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Representing Superior BT professionally and embodying our brand values in all guest interactions

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as a waiter or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of dining etiquette, service standards, and food and beverage offerings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities to manage multiple tables simultaneously
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays with confidence and care
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining composure during busy service periods
• A positive, customer-focused attitude with genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic mathematics skills for processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately
• Professional appearance and presentation standards
• Relevant hospitality certifications or training (such as food safety or customer service qualifications) are advantageous
