Sleepy Bird is an all-day dining concept combining specialty coffee, creative brunch, seasonal lunch dishes and an elevated aperitivo experience. Located directly on the waterfront at Offenbach’s Hafeninsel, we bring together quality food, a relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality.

For our Offenbach location, we are looking for a friendly, motivated and service-oriented Waiter / Service Staff member (m/f/d) to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Take orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations on our food and beverage menu.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
• Ensure tables and guest areas are clean, organized and inviting at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily service preparations.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and help maintain the Sleepy Bird guest experience.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service or a similar position is an advantage.
• A passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in creating excellent guest experiences.
• Friendly, confident and professional communication skills.
• A reliable, organized and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility and attention to detail.
• Good German or English skills; we are an international team.
• A willingness to learn and develop your service skills.
