Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring for the position of F&B Associate – Waiter / Waitress.

JOB TITLE: F&B Associate – Waiter / Waitress
DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
SALARY: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused F&B Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with seating and table arrangements.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
• Handle guest requests, queries, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and management for smooth operations.
• Assist with reservations and guest inquiries when required.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations as required.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Support the team during busy service periods.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, welcoming, and professional personality.
• Customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
• Previous experience in F&B / restaurant / hotel operations will be an advantage.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
