The Plaza Hotel Kalgoorlie have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Waiter Supervisor who enjoys leading by example, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and creating a positive environment for both guests and employees.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and support team members to deliver a consistently high standard of hospitality.
• Coordinate daily service requirements, staff allocations and operational priorities.
• Assist with training, coaching and developing employees to enhance service standards and team performance.
• Respond professionally to guest enquiries, feedback and service concerns.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety and workplace health and safety.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management and minimising operational costs.

About You

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA or Approved Manager Licence

Salary between $71,481 and $75,000 per annum plus superannuation.
