Waiter/ Waitress

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our team at our restaurant FERRO in Ubud, Bali. This is a full-time position where you will be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining moments for our valued customers. As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our restaurant's reputation for outstanding hospitality and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them according to restaurant procedures
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our food and beverage offerings
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serving food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring correct items reach the right guests
• Maintaining excellent standards of service throughout the meal, checking in with guests regularly

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a waiting or hospitality service role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remember orders accurately
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods whilst carrying trays and plates
