Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality thick shakes and milkshakes, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare thick shakes, milkshakes, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.

* Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

* Serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the preparation and serving areas.

* Refill ingredients and monitor inventory levels.

* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.

* Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.

* Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in food service, café, restaurant, or beverage preparation is preferred.

* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
