About the role
We're hiring a Waiter who takes pride in delivering attentive, professional service and understands that every guest interaction matters.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly, professional manner throughout their visit
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve orders promptly and ensure every item reaches the right guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas at all times
- Process payments through the POS system with accuracy and care
- Report any POS issues or discrepancies to the captain or supervisor immediately
- Uphold CALM's standards for personal grooming, conduct, and guest interactions
About you
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage
- Thai Speaker Mandatory
- Good communication skills and a positive, guest-first attitude
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
- Basic familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- A team player who takes initiative and takes pride in their work
