Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Waiter / Waitress to join our hotel Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional and attentive table service, taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally attend to guests in the restaurant, café, bar, or assigned F&B outlet.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar team.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to hotel service standards.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, daily specials, promotions, and available beverages.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report any concerns or complaints to the Supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and other F&B team members to ensure smooth service.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately when assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the service and dining areas.
• Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, health and safety, and F&B SOPs.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties, including mise en place and outlet setup.
• Support other Food & Beverage operations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter / Waitress, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant etiquette and table service.
• Professional appearance, grooming, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple guest requests.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort is an advantage.
• UAE hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of international food and beverage service standards.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, attentive, reliable, and guest-focused.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,100.00 per month
