• Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns politely.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Neat appearance and professional attitude.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous hospitality or waiter experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
