We are a busy, fast-paced restaurant, so we’re looking for individuals who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to every guest.
• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
• Have excellent knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
• Recommend dishes, drinks, and additional items to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Manage multiple tables while maintaining high service standards.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.
• Process payments accurately and follow company procedures.
