What you'll be doing?

• Guest Welcome： Greet and serve members and their guests warmly, building rapport through a positive and professional demeanour from the moment they are seated. 以熱情專業的態度迎接並服務會員及其賓客，從入座起即建立良好關係。
• Service Excellence： Assist the Captain to ensure smooth and efficient service, including presenting menus, sharing daily specials, offering recommendations, and taking accurate food and beverage orders. 協助領班確保服務流暢有序，包括呈遞菜單、介紹當日特選菜式、提供建議及準確記錄餐飲訂單。
• Food & Beverage Delivery： Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and work closely with the Captain and kitchen team to resolve any issues. 及時提供餐飲服務，確保維持質素標準，並與領班及廚房團隊緊密合作處理任何問題。
• Guest Satisfaction： Check in with guests throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns politely and professionally to ensure every visit is a memorable one. 在賓客用餐期間主動了解其需要，以有禮專業的態度處理任何問題，確保每次到訪均留下美好印象。
• Table Management： Set, maintain, and reset tables with care, ensuring tableware, condiments, and napkins are clean, well-presented, and adequately stocked at all times. 細心佈置、維護及重設餐桌，確保餐具、調味品及餐巾時刻保持清潔、整齊及充足。
• Mise en Place： Prepare all required mise en place and maintain tidy, hygienic workstations and side stations to support smooth daily operations. 準備所有必要的備料工作，並保持工作站及備餐台整潔衛生，確保日常運營順暢。
• Menu Knowledge： Stay up to date with menu items, daily specials, upcoming reservations, and guests with special needs to provide informed and personalised service. 掌握最新菜單項目、每日特選菜式、即將到來的預訂及有特殊需要的賓客資訊，以提供貼心個人化服務。
• Billing Accuracy： Verify and present accurate bills to members upon request, ensuring a seamless and professional end to every dining experience. 按要求核實並呈遞準確帳單，確保每次用餐體驗以專業流暢的方式圓滿結束。

Who are they looking for?

• Restaurant Experience： At least 1 year of related experience in hotels, clubs, or restaurants provides a solid foundation for this role. 至少1年於酒店、會所或餐廳的相關工作經驗，為擔任此職位奠定堅實基礎。
• Language Skills： Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a general knowledge of Mandarin, are important for serving a diverse and international membership base. 良好的中英文溝通能力及基本普通話知識，對服務多元化的國際會員群體至關重要。
• Specialist Cuisine Experience： Prior experience in Chinese Provincial Restaurant or Hot Pot Restaurant operations will be a distinct advantage in this role. 具備中式地方菜餐廳或火鍋餐廳運營經驗者將獲優先考慮。
• Service Etiquette： A solid understanding of restaurant etiquette supports the delivery of a polished and professional dining experience. 對餐廳禮儀有深入了解，有助提供精緻專業的餐飲體驗。
• Guest-Focused Attitude： A patient, friendly, and problem-solving mindset, combined with strong attention to detail and customer service skills, will help create truly exceptional guest experiences. 耐心友善、具解難能力，加上對細節的高度關注及優秀的客戶服務技巧，有助締造卓越的賓客體驗。
• Physical Stamina： Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods to deliver attentive, on-the-floor service throughout each shift. 能夠長時間站立及行走，於每個輪班期間提供周到的現場服務。
