WAITER /WAITRESSE

Core Responsibilities

• Guest Hospitality: Greet customers promptly, present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients or food allergies.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems or order pads; communicate special dietary requests directly to the kitchen staff.
• Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve food and drinks to tables efficiently according to standard service procedures; ensure proper order presentation and correct table setup.
• Table Maintenance: Monitor dining areas throughout the meal, check in on guests, refill drinks, clear plates/cutlery between courses, and clean tables after party departure.
• Payment Processing: Issue accurate bills, accept cash or card payments, and process receipts following company guidelines.
