Waiter/Bartender

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
• Presents menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the Kitchen Operations Team.
• Provides excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
• Accurately take orders from guests, ensuring that all preferences and dietary restrictions are noted.
• Ensure orders are delivered to the correct tables and that guests receive the correct items.
• Serve food and beverages in the correct order, manner, and temperature.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe work and dine-in environment.
• Assists FOH Supervisor on formulating R&D for Beverages to be approved by the Corporate Chef and/or Operations Manager.
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues with the FOH Supervisor, Corporate Chef, and/or Operations Manager when necessary.
• Work closely with other waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Ensures all food and beverages are handled, stored, and served in accordance with safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must have previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once, especially during peak dining times.
• Ability to handle busy shifts and changing customer needs.
• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
