Waiter/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health codes.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Assist in bussing tables when necessary to ensure a smooth flow of service during busy periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus, along with an understanding of upselling techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $12.50 - $20.00 per hour
