WAITERESS

We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Waitress with previous cafe or restaurant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide efficient and professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide product information when required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other service team members to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and company standards at all times.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Support the team during busy periods and maintain a high level of service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitress in a cafe, restaurant, coffee shop, or similar F&B establishment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
