Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

2 years of proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress with Cashier in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including handling of beverages, tableside service, and order accuracy. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic cash handling procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, beverage containers). Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is preferred. Valid work visa and eligibility to work in the UAE (sponsorship provided for eligible candidates). Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years and possess a clean criminal record. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
