Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for the culinary arts, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
• Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures.
• Ability to go verbally go through daily appetizer, entree, and dessert specials for multiple tables throughout the night
• Opening wine/champagne

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus..
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
